Welcome to the UBC Department of Surgery Residents Coaching Service.

This service is free and is currently available to all the residents of the Department of Surgery plus the core residents of the Departments of Orthopedics and Urologic Sciences.

Update: The Pilot Phase of the project was completed in February 2009. The results were reviewed by the Department of Surgery and deemed to be successful. Currently the Post Graduate Deans are conducting their own review and will be making a decision soon as to whether the Residents Coaching Service will be implemented throughout the Faculty.

In the meantime, the Department of Surgery has agreed that the coaching service will continue to be offered to all the Department's residents and the Core Surgery residents of the Departments of Orthopedics and Urology.
